Central Alberta Human Resources Scholarship

Have you made the decision to study Human Resources? A career in Human Resources is the opportunity to partner with the organization to develop its employees and influence key business strategies. People are the key resources for most businesses and a key to success is how a business manages its Human Resources talent they bring to the organization.

The Central Alberta Human Resources Scholarship was established to provide the amount of $1000 annually to be awarded to a resident of Central Alberta who will be or is currently enrolled in a post-secondary program that focuses on Human Resources Management.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Open to students residing in Central Alberta.
• Applicants must be currently enrolled, or planning to enroll, in a post-secondary program focused on Human Resources Management.

Required Documents:

• Current resume
• Confirmation of enrollment in a post-secondary institute
• Marks (official or unofficial) from your most recent academic program.
• Documentation confirming tuition and related costs

Each award has its own criteria, deadline and submitting process. Please read all pieces of the application carefully.

June 30, 2026

Note: As per CRA regulations, our Foundation is not at liberty to disburse the awards directly to recipients. Rather, we release the funds directly to qualified post-secondary institutions, which then credits the student’s tuition account.
